All of the components used in the World Shelters shelter are designed and selected with simplicity in mind. There are no zippers that could break or stick. The canopy has no sewn seams to leak or tear. Clips, connectors and poles can all be substituted with improvised materials when necessary. All materials are selected to avoid rot, infestation and corrosion.Sheeting materials conform to UN, USAID and SPHERE Humanitarian Charter and Minimum Standards in Disaster Response specifications.
