World Shelters demonstrated the Q-Shelter at the 2005 Shelter Design Competition sponsored by California Polytechnic University. The shelter was presented as a successful design from which to learn. World Shelters’ founder Steven Elias judged the competition, which included student designs of emergency shelters.
