Hawaii - Strong Angel Project
This joint military, civilian, and NGO project in 2004 tested many different shelters, new communications and coordination technologies, and methodologies for disaster response. The team reported that the Q-shelter was especially effective for use as an agency center for communication and technology.

On the right I see 2 domes: the first seems ellipsoidical the second is spherical.
